ZNF169 contains thirteen C2H2 type zinc fingers and one KRAB domain. Function: May be involved in transcriptional regulation. Subcellular Location: Nucleus. Tissue Specificity: Highly expressed in kidney, weakly expressed in heart, liver, spleen, and small intestine. Not expressed in adult brain or spinal cord. Similarity: Belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. Contains 13 C2H2-type zinc fingers. Contains 1 KRAB domain.
